Responsibilities:

Manage and delivers software projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance analysts, to define project requirements and scope
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Create and maintains project documentation, including project charters, user stories, and product backlogs
Identify and manages project risks and issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Conduct project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Ensures quality assurance and testing processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

Typical Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a remote environment
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
Knowledge of software development processes and technologies, including front-end and back-end development, testing, and deployment
